The Hateful Eight is Quentin Tarantino’s imaginatively titled eighth installment in a filmography that just never fail to dish out high quality entertainment as well as lashings of blood and guts. The cast do a phenomenal job, with them all vying for prime position as the one we remember leaving theatre, however it is to the ever present Samuel L. Jackson and (at least to me) new name Jennifer Jason Leigh that keep me thinking back to that sweet (or not so sweet) stay at Minnie’s Haberdashery.
When did I start writing this?: Sometime in May 2014. I used to know the exact date, but Past Me threw that piece of paper away so Present Me now has no idea.
What was I writing it for?: I had just finished it as part of my 50 Books in a Year Challenge and thought it would be a good addition to my so far lacklustre book review section.
